As you know, last night Robert Pattinson ("Edward Cullen") appeared on both MTV: First and The Tonight Show With Jay Leno in order to promote his pending film release, Water For Elephants (due in theaters April 22nd).
Both interviews were charming and informative, and in the MTV interview alone, Pattinson got the opportunity to address several rumors which had been floating around the web over the past few weeks.

The teen star is currently in the UK as part of his world tour and wowed his screaming fans in Birmingham on Friday by attempting an English accent as he told them they were 'fit'.
But it seems the Canadian singer has also developed some more subtle techniques to charm the ladies - thanks to Pattinson.

Bieber told the People he didn't use chat-up lines until the English actor encouraged him to exploit his most famous asset.

The 17-year-old explained: 'One day Robert Pattinson came up to me at a party and said, "For whatever reason, people love our hair and it's always a great ice-breaker with girls".
'He is like, "Hey my name's Robert. Want to touch my hair?" I thought he was joking, but it really works.'

Bieber added that he loves the 'very hot women' in the UK, but fans shouldn't get too excited as he is currently dating actress Selena Gomez.

He said he was attracted to her because of her sense of humour, but admitted: 'Of course every guy likes the girl to be hot, which Selena is.'
