'The costumes were more damaging than the actual fight sequences,' -Charlize
Of all the things to be psyched to see in Kristen Stewart's upcoming action adventure "Snow White and the Huntsman," we are most enthused about the A-list girl-on-girl action that is Stewart's Snow White vs. Charlize Theron's Evil Queen Ravenna.
With just a few more hours to wait until "MTV First: Snow White and the Huntsman," here's a little sneak peek of Theron talking about those highly anticipated fight sequences and the surprising culprit responsible for her on-set bruises.
"The costumes were more damaging than the actual fight sequences," Theron revealed. "I was way more bruised from my costume than I was from [fighting with Stewart]. Doing a fight sequence in your sweatpants is different than wearing an 80-pound steel thing. I don't know, you were in leather," she said to her co-star Chris Hemsworth. "It's different. [Stewart] was in full metal, I was in full metal, just getting down, it took us four hours," she said, speaking of the complex setting involved in filming her showdown with Stewart.

Audiences saw a whole new side of Ashley Greene this weekend as her '80s-set coming-of-age flick "Skateland" rolled into theaters. The 24-year-old actress will continue to keep busy during the latter part of 2011, with movies like "LOL," co-starring Miley Cyrus, and "A Warrior's Heart" slated for release. And then, of course, there's "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" hitting theaters November 18.

Taylor Lautner Recalls Kristen Stewart 'Throwing' Him Around On 'Breaking Dawn' Set
Taylor Lautner is a funny sort of fellow. The actor admitted to us during the interview special "MTV First: Taylor Lautner" that he was going to have to "try and hold back" tears on the last day of filming "Breaking Dawn," but when we asked him what his favorite scene to film was, it most certainly wasn't a sentimental one.
While the hottie said it was "hard to choose" which scene he'd enjoyed filming the most over the past few weeks ("There's been so much we filmed," Taylor explained), he ultimately picked one which found him having an intense—and physical—moment with his co-star Kristen Stewart.
Taylor recalled, "Recently we did a scene in the backyard of the Cullen house where Bella gets mad at me. She just learned that I imprinted on her daughter [Renesmee]."
As anyone who's read Stephenie Meyer's final book in the "Twilight Saga" remembers, the amped-up vamp did not take the news lightly, and it seems director Bill Condon had no intention of toning the moment down.

First ‘Abduction’ Trailer with Taylor Lautner
MTV News proudly presents the trailer for “Abduction,” Taylor’s incoming action movie from director John Singleton. Taylor himself gave you your first look at the trailer during MTV First: Taylor Lautner earlier tonight, and now it’s here, waiting for you to watch it over and over again.
Go ahead, watch it again. We’ll wait!
So, what did you think? We’ve seen Lautner in action before as Jacob Black in the “Twilight” series, but never quite like this. This is full-tilt combat, with massive explosions and rapid-fire gunplay tearing through sets and characters as easily as a knife cuts through butter. For his part, Taylor more than holds his own in the thick of battle. We get to see the occasional werewolf in full martial arts mode towards the end of the trailer, where Taylor engages an enemy in hand-to-hand combat, and it’s definitely a side of him we haven’t seen before — a side that we like very much, by the way!

Taylor Lautner "Will Cry" When Twilight Ends
Taylor Lautner has admitted that he will "be in tears" when work on the final Twilight flick, Breaking Dawn: Part 2, wraps later this year.
The hunky actor, who plays werewolf Jacob Black in the vampire flicks, also claimed that he will miss his co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, after working with them so closely for the past few years
Speaking to our US Team about the end of Twilight, Lautner revealed: "I think it's mixed emotions, for sure,"
"Half of me says, 'This will be a relief. I get some time off, I get to spend some time with family and friends and do other things', but the other half says, 'This is going to be so weird'."

MTV: Taylor Lautner’s 10 Best Quotes!
Taylor Lautner has changed a lot since we first met him in April 2008 on the Portland, Oregon, set of “Twilight.” He’s gone from a skinny 16-year-old who not everyone believed would be able to convincingly portray jacked-up werewolf Jacob Black to a 19-year-old heartthrob who elicits screams from fans every time he doffs his shirt and who is set to become the highest-paid teen in Hollywood.
Not too bad, right? Yet as his body has transformed and his celebrity has exploded, Lautner has managed to stay the same person. That’s the unmistakable takeaway as we dive back into our archival interviews with the actor in the run-up to “MTV First: Taylor Lautner,” a 30-minute interview set for Wednesday on air and online. From back in ‘08 up until this very day, Lautner has remained a funny, goofy, sometimes shy, always thankful kid.
With those thoughts in mind, check out our 10 favorite Lautner quotes from MTV News interviews and tell us if you can possibly disagree:
10. “I think they might start crying.” — On the reaction tofans seeing him shirtless in “New Moon”
9. “It is a little awkward for me to watch myself and, actually, when we’re filming those scenes.” — On shooting those shirtless scenes
8. “One second I’ll be listening to country, and then the next I’ll be listening to techno and then R&B. It’s ridiculous. I am all over the place with my music.” — On his musical tastes
7. “It’s like the worst superhero power, possibly, to get, and how you’re going to take that and use it for good and how you’re going to be creative with that.” — On the abilities of Stretch Armstrong, a character he signed on to play last year

MTV Counts Down to Favorite Taylor Lautner Moment Number 3
Taylor Lautner's Best MTV Moment #3: Super-Fan Wolf Pack Tattoos
With so much talk about his abs at the VMAs and that one specialmoment he shared with Tom Cruise at the MTV Movie Awards, who could forget the time Taylor Lautner waxed poetic about “Twilight” tattoos?
With just a few days until “MTV First: Taylor Lautner,” which premieres Wednesday on air and online at 7:56 p.m. ET, we’re counting down Lautner’s finest MTV moments — and at #3, the action stud recounted one particularly jarring fan encounter.
“Usually, they don’t have something for you to sign, so they stick out their hand or their arm for you to sign, so I’m going down the line signing arms,” he said of an autograph session last summer. One of the arms came with a big surprise: “Then I get to an arm that has a gigantic wolf pack tattoo!”
After feeling the tattoo to make sure it was real, he signed the fan’s arm, hoping that his signature wouldn’t also make the final cut as a permanent tat.
“Sure enough, the very next day I get a call from a buddy saying, ‘Did you sign somebody’s arm? Because it’s tattooed to her now,’ ” he recalled. “I didn’t know whether to feel bad or whether it’s cool. It’s so different.”

Taylor Lautner MTV's #4 MTV Moment
When Taylor Lautner hit the MTV VMAs back in September 2009, he turned up with a gift for his fans: an extended trailer for the second "Twilight" flick, "New Moon." Although it seems like a lifetime ago, Twi-hards had yet to see Lautner transformed into a beefier Jacob Black.
On the VMA red carpet, Lautner told MTV News that fans would probably have a visceral reaction to seeing him as a shirtless werewolf for the first time. Now, with just a few days until our special "MTV First: Taylor Lautner," which premieres Wednesday, April 13, on air and online, we're reliving that shirtless unveiling, our #4 favorite moment with the "Abduction" star.

Robert Pattinson Reveals His Favorite Television Show (Hint: It Once Featured A Jonas!)
We here at Hollywood Crush like to think of Robert Pattinson a certain way. An English gentleman, with a somewhat goofy side, who appreciates the strong women he works with, loves animals and prefers his privacy. Turns out there was one Pattinson trait we were totally unaware of: He also likes bad television!
MTV News recently caught up with RPattz again, and in honor of his upcoming film "Water For Elephants," we asked what he considered to be "the greatest show on Earth." Would he pick, perhaps, a BBC miniseries to feel at home or maybe give a nod to fellow fictional vampire brethren on "The Vampire Diaries"? Check out his response after the jump!

Robert Pattinson Loves 'Akira,' But Isn't Sure of Casting Status
There were number of surprises when Warner Bros. and Legnedary Pictures' short list of potential stars for their adaptation of Katsuhiro Otomo’s "Akira" surfaced last month, but perhaps most compelling was the inclusion of Robert Pattinson -- in the company of Andrew Garfield and James McAvoy, no less -- as a potential Tetsuo.
The 24-year-old "Twilight" icon has dealt in the supernatural to be sure, but MTV News wanted to find out for sure if Pattinson was interested in playing a pill-popping psychic motorcycle gang leader with the power to destroy Tokyo.
The upcoming "Water for Elephants" star told MTV News that while he's an "Akira" fan, he's far from certain of his place in the potential film just yet.
