'The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide': See Bella in her wedding dress

EW has not one but two exclusive images from Stephenie Meyer’s new book, The Twilight Saga: The Official Illustrated Guide, which goes on sale April 12: Bella as a vampire and Bella in her wedding dress. A nice walk-up to the first Breaking Dawn film, no? I didn’t expect to like the first Twilight graphic novel as much as I did, and these illustrations are by that book’s illustrator, Young Kim, who did such a great job bringing Meyer’s characters to life.

What do you think? Is this how you visualize Bella in the upcoming film?

InStyle Exclusive: Experts Plan Bella’s Wedding

InStyle.com talks with the experts about Bella and Edward’s Breaking Dawn wedding! The professionals discuss the wedding details as written by Stephenie Meyer in the book, and then the specific decor/accessories/clothing.

The Invitations
THE INSPIRATION: “Edward lay next to me and held my hand. ‘August thirteenth?’ he asked casually after a few minutes of comfortable silence.”
—Bella, in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

THE EXPERT SAYS: “This design captures the essence of Bella and Edward: dramatic and passionate with a hint of dark elegance. It incorporates a variety of printing techniques and materials, making it both complicated and harmonious, like their relationship. The color palette symbolizes the chemistry between them: red is passion and a nod to the vampires, while espresso is mysterious and gold represents luxury and elegance. Their relationship is so unique, their invitation had to match!”
—Ceci Johnson, founder and creative director, cecinewyork.com

The Wedding Bands
THE INSPIRATION: “I didn’t realize I was crying until it was time to say the blinding words. ‘I do,’ I managed to choke out in a nearly unintelligible whisper… When it was his turn to speak, the words rang clear and victorious. ‘I do,’ he vowed.”
—Bella, in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn

THE EXPERT SAYS: “Bella’s ring is romantic but unusual; the ornate gold vine design (with 372 white diamonds!) matches her complex personality. Edward’s band is a mixture of gold and hidden rubies, which evoke his secret powers.”

Robert Pattinson Explains What's Going On In 'Breaking Dawn' Image And compares acting out intimate moments to playing Twister...

Robert Pattinson has revealed exactly what’s going on in the momentous image of Edward and Bella’s sex scene in Breaking Dawn, and it’s a little less sexy than you may have imagined.

Speaking to MTV about Summit Entertainment’s decision to release what is essentially the money shot (i.e. the couple’s consummation of their relationship after what feels like years of restraint and near misses) as our first official look at the film, the British actor joked: "I love how they release that for the first one. Just give it all away, you know?"

As for what he’s doing in the picture, he replied evasively: "I think I'm sniffing."

Pattinson further kills the passion by likening shooting sex scenes to playing the game Twister, where you have to position yourself awkwardly and the last one to collapse in a heap wins.

"It's always awkward in a way if you're doing it with anybody," he revealed. "It really depends on how it's staged and stuff. It's like doing Twister."

We've obviously been playing using completely different rules to RPattz.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 is released worldwide on November 18.

Robert Pattinson Shares Thought on 'Breaking Dawn' Bed Photo

Summit Entertainment has officially released photo of Edward and Bella on their honeymoon bed for "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn". When questioned how he felt about it being one of the first official looks, leading actor Robert Pattinson seemed unable to be a little bit sarcastic in his response.

"I love how they release that for the first one," the actor who is best known for his portrayal of Edward Cullen told MTV News on the red carpet of 2011 Golden Globes on Sunday night, January 16. The 24-year-old heartthrob then sarcastically added, "They just give it all away."

Asked to compare the level of awkwardness shooting the scene Kristen Stewart and with "Bel Ami" co-star Uma Thurman, the "Remember me" actor said, "It's always awkward, in a way, doing it with anybody." He went on to explain, "But at the same time ... it really depends on how it's staged and stuff. It's like doing Twister."

While Robert talked about the romantic scenes he shared with co-star , cast member Peter Facinelli spilled on the filming. "We've been shooting the last two weeks with a lot of vampires," he dished. "I don't want to give away too much, but if you've read the books, it's the standoff with lots of vampires in play."

"There's like 70 people going through the works at once. It's a little maddening, but fun," the actor playing Carlisle Cullen in the series continued. "We shot pretty much the ending of the two movies the other day. But we shoot until mid-April."

Adapted from Stephenie Meyer's novel series, "Breaking Dawn" is being made into two movies, "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I" and "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part II". Both are directed by Bill Condon with the first part set to come out in U.S. theaters on November 18, 2011,and the second one on November 16, 2012.

Entertainment Weekly scan of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in Breaking Dawn

Everyone knows Edward and Bella do the hippity-dippity in “Breaking Dawn” and a new still picture has just been released of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart steaming things up.

The “Twilight” couple/real life lovers look natural as they embrace one another and consummate their marriage in the upcoming film.

Director Bill Condon told press, "You want to live up to people's expectations. People take [the movie and characters] personally.”

“When you are interpreting something you have a certain vision of how it will be. Sometimes it is a liberal interpretation, but you hope you get to the essence of something."
