Jennie Garth looks forward to Peter Facinelli being done with 'Twilight' films

Most of the Twilight castmembers who've been busy with it since film one are young and unmarried - so the whirlwind of Twilight touring, promotions, and filming tend to be a bit less impactful on themselves and their loved ones.

In Peter Facinelli ("Carlisle Cullen")'s case, though, he has a wife (Jennie Garth, who is also an actress) and three daughters, so his back-and-forths across the continent for Alex's Lemonade signings and dual filming between Breaking Dawn and Nurse Jackie certainly takes a toll on his family.

According to Popeater's latest interview with Garth, she quite looks forward to a time when Facinelli is finished with his Twilight time obligations.

“I can't even remember what life is like with a husband . . . I will be very happy. It gets harder the more time he's gone. It's more of a challenge to keep everybody connected, and for the girls, they miss him so much, so it's kind of heart-wrenching to see him come and go. But there's no other way to keep him doing what he does and keep their lives normal.”

It's been about three years since the first Twilight film was under production. Can't blame her much for wanting things back to normal, right? There was a point last year when Facinelli was bouncing back and forth from New York (for Nurse Jackie) to Vancouver (for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse) and then on the weekends to various locations for benefit signings . . . but he would hop on a flight to L.A. just for dinner if he had the time. According to Garth's interview, he "tries to go no more than two weeks at a time" away from her and the kids. On the home stretch, Jennie!
